They are using a slackline to mine out of the water, then feeding Fabtec/Cedarapids Feeder Screen Plant with 6 X 20 3-Deck Cedarapids screen with Komatsu WA500-3LK.  They close the circuit on a Cedarapids MVP 380 Cone Crusher and material is then transferred to a surge pile.  A tunnel conveyor feeds a 7 X 20 3-Deck Cedarapids wash screen, fines are run through a portable Eagle Sand Classification Tank with twin 44” screws to make a multitude of products for their concrete producer’s customers in the Minneapolis/St Paul metro area.  In order to make spec for some products due to the coarse nature of the sand, a Cedarapids 2100 VSI, equipped with a Canica 5-port enclosed rotor is run in the loop to create more fines in the 30-50 mesh range.  The material produced by this crushing and washing spread is handled only once by wheel loader.  For 2007, County Line Aggregates is installing a new Rohr Shell Dredge that will eliminate the need for a wheel loader full time.
