Circulation Information Jun 6, 2002 12:00 PM Mine & Quarry Trader® is composed of the following: several confidential sources, registrations, qualified trade show attendees, directories, association rosters, and daily requests. Profile information is gathered to qualify the reader. We were one of the first publishers to begin using the ACS (address correction service.) By ink jetting the mailing address of the recipient onto the magazine along with a participant code, we get any undeliverable addresses and address corrections. Every issue of Mine & Quarry Trader® has "change service requested" so that we continually get new information to maximize the number of copies mailed. The changes are received on magnetic tape and automatically fed into the databases to eliminate data entry and possibility of errors. Bind in cards are inserted in Mine & Quarry Trader® to give subscribers the opportunity to requalify and subscribe easily. Readers who have not qualified within the last year are asked to send in a pre-ink jetted requalification card with demographic profile information. The Mine & Quarry Trader® list is over 98% barcodable. This assures timely and accurate delivery. New names with demographic information are purchased as they become available. Sources include those listed above. We have a toll free number and Circulation Department that assists and qualifies subscribers. We understand the importance of direct request, compiling the demographics and continually updating our files. Although our publications are not audited, we have over 50 years of experience with BPA audited publications and we treat Mine & Quarry Trader® the same way. |
