SURESTRIKE HAMMERS

The Surestrike impact hammer is the most effective, most efficient and most profitable solution for breaking oversize quarry rock for crusher feed and rip rap production. The high single blow impact energy coupled with low maintenance costs and no accumulators, nitrogen charges, bushings, sleeves or other high maintenance items, make the Surestrike operating costs very low. The simplistic design promotes low maintenance costs.

Surestrike hammers are available in 4 sizes ranging from 20,000 foot pounds to 75,000 foot pounds. Each model is specifically designed and available to break materials such as limestone, basalt, granite, trap rock, iron ore, slag, etc. The Surestrike hammers break the largest and hardest material quickly and economically with greater productivity than drop balls and hydraulic hammers. Daily production rate increases of 50% and greater are common when compared to drop balls and hydraulic hammers. All Surestrike hammers are designed and applied for the particular application for which they are going to be operating. The smallest model, the 1100, is primarily designed for limestone, gypsum, sandstone, shale, concrete demolition, etc. The model 2100 is recommended for large limestone boulders and smaller basalt and granite oversize. The model 4000 is designed for medium to large granite and basalt and heavy duty concrete demolition. The model 6000 is the largest model and is used in extremely large granite, iron ore, slag, etc. applications.

Each Surestrike hammer fits directly onto a loader or excavator to provide maximum mobility, reachability, operator comfort, safety, quiet operation and maximum productivity. All hammers can be used with standard pin on couplers or quick attach systems for rapid change over. Hydraulic plumbing kits are offered if the carrier is not already plumbed for a bi-directional flow system. Surestrike dealers provide local sales, service and parts availability.
