TCI Manufacturing & Equipment Sales, Inc., located in Walnut, IL, was formed in 2000 as a manufacturer of aggregate processing equipment.

Our main focus at TCI is our line of high frequency screens (used for troublesome fines removal), portable and stationary screening plants and conveyors. We also specialize on the layout, flow design and manufacturing of complete aggregate plants (as shown at Aux Sable Stone). The Aux Sable Stone project was designed and manufactured to accommodate ease of construction for a permanent location. As the front cover shows, the screen towers and crushing stations were designed in modules. The stationary conveyors were designed with a fold over section to accommodate a single load shipment and eliminate all assembly work in the field such as bolting together sections, installing belts, motors, etc. It is the standard policy of TCI to bolt all structures together at our manufacturing facility to insure the fact that once the unit arrives at the job site there is no chance of bolt holes, chutes, etc. not fitting together.

Although TCI does many large jobs, we pride ourselves in a quick turn-around time on the delivery of single items such as high frequency screens, feed bins, vibrating feeders, stacking conveyors, transfer conveyors, crushing stations as well as many custom fabrication requirements for equipment and replacement parts that are requested by our customers.
