Trio Engineered Products (Trio), located in Irwindale, CA, has developed a complete line of aggregate equipment. FINE WASHERS

Trio offers single and twin fine material washers in sizes that include 36", 44", 54", and our newest 66" models. The units are designed to utilize commonly available parts. They also rely on extreme duty, oversize gearboxes that enable slow speed operation for maximum fines recovery. This makes them suitable for a wide variety of applications.

COARSE WASHERS

Trio offers single and twin coarse material washers in sizes that include 36" and 44" diameters. The units offer bolt-on paddle and shoe hubs to provide maximum flexibility in shaft configurations. They also rely on extreme duty, oversize gearboxes that can withstand the high HP load required for coarse material washing.

LOG WASHERS

Trio offers four sizes of log washers - 36" and 44" shaft diameters in either 30' or 35' lengths. These units are arguable the most heavy duty units available on the market. They rely on extreme duty gearboxes to drive shafts with linear paddle arrangements. This arrangement directs maximum horsepower into the material, thereby providing maximum scrubbing power.

INCLINED SCREENS

CONE CRUSHERS

Trio offers 3' and 4-1/4 traditional style cone crushers. We have incorporate a modern hydraulic relief and adjustment system into our 4-1/4 models. All machines offer parts interchangeability with wear and machines parts available through a number of after-market sources.

JAW CRUSHERS

Trio manufactures a variety of jaw crushers suitable for most small to midsize operations. The units offer oversize bearings, and incorporate modern bearing configurations, adjustment systems, and retention systems.

IMPACT CRUSHERS

Our horizontal shaft impact crushers, available five different sizes, are designed for production ranging from 100 TPH through 600 TPH. Our newest, a 52x60 true primary, can accept material up to 38" in size. Our popular 40x30 and 40x52 machines are great workhorses for medium sized producers requiring application flexibility.

VIBRATING FEEDERS

Trio's line of vibrating grizzly feeders, available in lengths of 10', 12, 14', 16, 17', 18', 20' and 24' are available in a variety of widths to match up with any number of crusher configurations. The units use twin shaft, four bearing vibrating heads, and can be driven electrically or hydraulically.

MAGNETS

Our electro magnets, available in stationary or self-cleaning configurations, are comparable in strength and performance with any available on the marketplace today. We also produce a line of extra-strength, self-cleaning permanent magnets designed for a variety of recycling and aggregate applications.

Trio is supported by a 40,000 sf warehouse situated on 3 acres of yard. Our nationwide distribution network is comprised of a number of aggressive, knowledgeable, full service distributors who work together to support the equipment.
